Monday Competition Team Technique
THIS CLASS IS FOR SEASON 5 COMPETITION TEAM/ ELITE TEAM MEMBERS ONLY!
This class will run every Monday from 6:30-7:15pm. Technique refers to the skillful and efficient execution of movements, encompassing fundamental skills like strength, flexibility, coordination, and spatial/rhythmic awareness, all crucial for a dancer's ability to perform safely and effectively.
ALL CLASSES WILL BE DROP IN THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER. EVERY WEEK THIS CLASS WILL BE $40. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY UPON ARRIVAL TO THE STUDIO OR YOU CAN EMAIL US AND WE WILL SET UP A INVOICE SYSTEM FOR YOU. THERE WILL BE A $20 REGISTRATION FEE DUE AT THE END OF THIS FORM. CLASSES WILL RUN JUNE 9-AUGUST 22.
